Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our storage facility and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations in Alberta, Canada, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Storage Use and Restrictions

• Storage units are for vehicle and equipment storage only
• No residential or commercial business operations permitted
• No storage of hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials
• No modifications to the storage space are permitted
• Storage units must be kept clean and in good condition
• Access is limited to registered tenants with valid PIN codes

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required in advance for the selected term
• Non-payment may result in denial of access and/or termination of contract
• One-year term payments are non-refundable
• Security deposits may be required
• Rates are subject to change with notice for term renewals

4. Insurance and Liability

• Tenants are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• HB RV & Self Storage is not responsible for damage or loss of stored property
• Tenants are responsible for damages caused to the facility
• All vehicles must be properly registered and insured

5. Access and Security

• 24/7 access is provided with valid PIN code
• PIN codes are non-transferable
• Security cameras monitor the facility
• Tailgating is strictly prohibited
• Report security concerns immediately

6. Termination

• 30-day notice required for termination (except one-year terms)
• We reserve the right to terminate for contract violations
• Property must be removed upon termination
• Abandoned property will be handled according to Alberta law

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
